Some of Norfolk’s best beaches are within 10 miles of the property. If you yearn for the hustle and bustle then the towns of Norwich and Great Yarmouth are within easy reach.
A private footbridge provides access to the large South facing garden, which has landscaped lawns, mature trees, shrubs, a summerhouse and flowering borders. There is a large patio area as well as an extensive deck with garden furniture, including parasol and cushions.


The garden and bridge can both be illuminated at night. Being positioned directly on the main River Bure, Noosa Sound offers superb fishing directly from the garden. It is a popular location for all levels of anglers, offering some excellent coarse and pike fishing. Roach, Tench, Bream, Rudd and Perch are regularly caught. Rod hire, tackle and bait are all available locally. Within the grounds we have provided a fridge to keep your bait in. You can also take a scenic trip along the river on the paddle steamer. It departs outside the Swan Inn, just a pleasant 5 minute stroll away from Noosa.
At the front of the property there is 100ft quayhead directly on the River Bure with a private mooring that comes into the garden measuring 52ft by 17ft with power and light. It is also home to our Swan family pictured, that regularly breed here.
